Raiding

Bloodborn is a raiding guild. That is why we exist. We don't raid very many hours a week, but the time we do spend is taken seriously. We raid 3 nights a week (Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday). Raids start at 6 pm server time (PST) and run until 9. Do not waste our time with an application if you can't make all three raid days/times. We only ask for 9 hours a week, sometimes less, 66% raiders need not apply. Invites go out 5-10 minutes before the raid and members will be expected to online and ready for invites at that time.

We run our raids as efficiently as possible. If you can't focus for 1.5 hours at a time and constantly afk during trash, we don't want you here (the one afk exception is to make yourself/grab another drink). Trash encompasses roughly 80% of our raiding time every week. Pay attention to it. We will take a break halfway through every raid so people can bio/grab food/grab beer(preferred)/etc...

The last thing we ask of raiders is to perform to your gear and classes' potential. If you can't do that you will be replaced. If you don't know your potential, grab a beer and think about it for a while.

If you want to raid with BB
-have some fun.
-show up on time.
-pay attention for 3 hours.
-pull your own weight or you'll be replaced.

Loot

Bloodborn uses a loot council system to distribute loot. There is an underlying epgp system in place (only visible to officers) that we use to keep track of attendance and who is getting loot, but doesn't influence loot distribution directly. Two to three officers including the loot master will decide on loot. Attendance and performance are the biggest factors. That said, loot will be given out to benefit the raid over the player. Our goal is to progress and we dole out loot with that being the first priority.

Other notes:
-Off-spec pieces are given out by a roll system, except in special situations.
-Mains will always be given priority over alts.
-If you are asked to bring an alt, your priority will be equal to the mains.
-Your epgp number is only affected by main-spec pieces, off-spec is not counted towards your loot total.
-All of your characters are combined into one epgp number for attendance purposes.

If you have any questions contact an officer.
