NO Excessive Rudeness to Fellow Guildies
One of our App questions asks how easily offended u are. We expect our guildies to be able to take a joke, however if you are having a flame war in G chat and we ask u to take ur argurment to whisper don't keep dragging it out in G chat.

Share with Fellow Guildies
If you have an item you do not need, please offer to guild members first. However, at times we need gold, selling at the AH is an option if you cannot offer the item for free. But, generosity usually comes back to you 10 fold. We remember those who gave us gear and mats when we were broke...we won't always be. Help guild mates when you can. Note: We're generous, but it's very bad form for players to ask for gold the second they join the guild. This guarantees immediate placement on the watch list for getting booted. Don't get me wrong, we will set up collections for other guildies, but this is after we know you, not the second you join.

No Ninja Looting
Okay this is probably the number one reason people get kicked from guilds..why? Because it's stealing pure and simple. We don't have to ninja loot in The Bloodborn. Ask and we will help you get it. Need is defined as being able to equip now...not 3 levels down the road. Need is not for disenchantment or an alt - unless we agree otherwise. Loot options can always be discussed.

Group Cooperation
If your role in a group is a healer...then heal. If you're a cloth or leather wearer, watch your agro. Do not compromise the entire group because you have an ego problem. Reroll warrior and tank to your hearts content. You may be able to deal damage, but stay back because tanks cannot hold aggro when you're on the front lines. It's unfair to the whole group. Also, guild groups first. This means no turning off guild chat. If you don't like the chatter, maybe we aren't the right guild for you. You need to look for a group in guild before looking in the global "looking for group" channel. People might not be the same level as you, but a higher level may take time out of their day to help you anyway. On the same token, you need to group with guildies when possible. This builds familiarity, and we need to know each other's play style in order to play more effectively together. Consistently being unavailable for guild groupings, especially when you're the right level, makes us wonder why you joined a guild in the first place. We don't expect you to drop everything you're doing to help out a guildie every time, but we're in this to play together. Why bother joining if you don't want to play with your guildies?

Have Fun & Kill the Alliance!
Seriously, we are about having fun. This is not about who has the best gear, 'cause we'll help you get it. This in not about who's the highest level, 'cause not everyone can play 24x7. This is not about how you might be better at something than someone else, 'cause we all have our strengths and weaknesses. This is about the experience of playing with others and enjoying our time together.
